What can I gain from yoga?
Anyone can practice yoga. All you need is a small space and a strong desire for a more peaceful, healthy life, inside and out.
- We provide mats in a peaceful setting.
- Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing.
- Be respectful of both your and others time and space (i.e. be punctual and wear soft scents, please).
- Ask questions before or after class.
- Increased flexibility and stability.
- Learn to manage and possibly reduce stress.
- Improved posture.
- Inner and outer strengthening of the body and focusing of the mind equals a healthier life.
